Thank You for Being Late

First 40% , history about the acceleration of technology and globalization. Somewhat fun to read/reflect

10% learning from Mother Nature on how to maintain a “dynamic stability” and be adaptive in the ever-speeding pace of change. My favorite part

10% author’s view on politics (a bit too much)

Last 20%, reflecting on this home town experience in Minnesota about how good communities can play a critical role of nurturing trust and inclusion (a bit too long in my opinion)

(1) Adapt without humiliation

(2) Embrace diversity

(3) Ownership culture

(4) Balance between federal and local

(5) Experimental and entrepreneurial mindset
