Many of the incidents she mentioned in the book are so ridiculous and unfathomable. I really feel very lucky to have a super supportive work environment, and that most of the white males folks that I’ve worked with are genuinely decent people. Gender is just one aspect, with some extra empathy we can all make workplace a bit nicer for everyone.

今年初矽谷重大的性別歧視案,女主角親自道來她的歷程。雖然她官司輸了,可是卻引起大眾對科技業的包容和多元性的重視。

性別是包容和多元的其中一個面向,其他的還包含種族,性向,背景,信仰等等,要落實真的要很有意識地思考制度和適時的彼此提醒。

話說,同為科技公司,本公司裡面有些會議好像女生比較多,反而要確認男生們別成了弱勢族群啊~😄
