I’m reading less business books now but I figured this one can be good, and it turned out to be so. Very genuine and thoughtful. From organization culture, to leadership, to his perspective about equality/diversity/inclusiveness.
Also some good insight into Microsoft’s bet on AI, mixed reality, and quantum computing.
